Community Development and Citizens’ Engagement Division – It is with sadness that the Director and staff of the Community Development and Citizens’ Engagement Division inform you of the passing of another beloved treasure, Mrs. Ruth Adelaide Christopher Lewis who died on Saturday 8th October 2023.

Mrs. Lewis is a Dominican by birth and was born to Antiguan parents Mrs. Lilian Anthony Christopher and Mr. Joseph Christopher. At the age of seven she and her parents along with her two younger brothers returned to Antigua. May her soul rest in perpetual peace and rise in glory.
