It is with sadness that the Director and staff of the Community Development and Citizens’ Engagement Division inform you of the passing of another beloved treasure, Centenarian Ms. Sarah Ann Evangeline “Veda ” Joseph of Green Hill, Liberta who passed away yesterday peacefully at her home.

Veda as she was affectionately known was 104 years old at the time of her passing. May her soul rest in perpetual peace and rise in glory.
