Community Development and Citizens’ Engagement Division – The Director and staff of Community Development and Citizens’ Engagement Division wish to Express a Happy Happy 104th birthday to Mrs. Ethel Amanda Victoria Charles who celebrates this momentous occasion today.

Present at the Official ceremony held at Ethel’s residence in Liberta today were Government Official His Excellency Sir. Rodney Williams, Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda, Ms.Dale O’Brien, Director of Community Development and Citizens’ Engagement Division, Rev. Fr. Raliville Christian (Parish Priest of St. Paul with St. Barnabas Anglican Churches), Ms. Dianne Willock, District Officer with responsibility for St. Pauls District, other members of staff of the Community Development and Citizens’ Engagement Division, Mrs. Monica David-Lindsay (Branch Leader of St.Paul with St. Barnabas Mother’s Union), family and friends of the lady of the day.

Family and friends in Antigua and those living abroad also had the opportunity of wishing Ethel a Happy 104th birthday via the Zoom platform.

Hon.E.P. Chet Green Parliamentary Representative for St. Paul’s who is presently away on Official duties also had the opportunity to wish the birthday celebrant a Happy birthday during a video call. Members of the constituency branch also presented gifts on behalf of Minister Green.
