Mr. James Clarke was enlisted in the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda on the 25th of May 1981 at the age of twenty (20) years.

He attained the rank of Inspector and retired from the Police Force on 29 May, 2021, having served the nation of Antigua and Barbuda for forty years.

Mr Clarke died on Wednesday 8th February 2023 at the age of sixty-one (61) years.
