Community Development and Citizens’ Engagement Division – The Community Development and Citizens’ Engagement Division continues to celebrate Antigua and Barbuda’s Beloved Treasures, our CENTENARIANS.

Today, members of the department to include Ms. Dale O’Brien Director, Mr. Gerard Brookes and Mrs. Serena Copiel Thomas North Zone Field Officers, the department’s Tech Team, Hon. Melford Nicholas Parliamentary Representative for St. John’s City East who is also Minister of Information, Communication Technologies, (ICT’s), Utility and Energy along with His Excellency Sir. Claire Roberts Governor Generals Deputy joined with the family, friends and well-wishers of Ms. Victoria Salomie Rhodes in a service at the St. John’s Seventh Day Adventist Church to celebrate a milestone that not so many have the opportunity to celebrate.

It was a joyous occasion as Victoria’s family, church family and dignitaries showered her with love leading up to her official 103rd birthday which is tomorrow 12th February 2023.

We pray God’s continuous blessings upon her life and that he’ll grant her many more years in the land of the living. Cheers Victoria you have hit a century and you keep on batting!
